Our policies for booking

Thank you for choosing Regis Sky Hotel and Apartment. To ensure a pleasant and safe experience for everyone, please review the following policies.

#### 1. Smoking Policy
Smoking (including cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, vapes, and any tobacco or nicotine products) is **strictly prohibited inside all guest rooms, apartments, suites, and indoor public areas**.

Every accommodation features a **private balcony**, which is designated as the only permitted smoking area on the property. Guests are welcome to smoke on their private balcony. Please use the provided ashtrays and dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.
A deep-cleaning fee of up to #5,000 will be charged for smoking inside the room or apartment.

#### 2. Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in: 1:00 PM
- Check-out: 12:00 PM
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

#### 3. Guest Registration and Visitors
Only registered guests are permitted in rooms and apartments. Visitors may be received in the waiting room or designated common areas but are not allowed in guest accommodations without prior guestapproval.####

4. Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are observed daily from 12:30 AM to 8:00 AM. Please respect fellow guests by keeping noise levels low during this time.

#### 5. Damage and Liability
Guests are financially responsible for any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning required in their room/apartment or to hotel property. Charges will be applied to the payment method on file.

#### 6. Housekeeping
Daily housekeeping is provided for hotel rooms. Apartment guests receive housekeeping every third day unless otherwise requested. Please use the “Call Reception” if you prefer privacy.

#### 7. Children and Extra Beds
Children are welcome. Cribs and extra beds are available upon request and subject to availability and additional fees.

#### 8. Pets
Pets are not permitted, with the exception of registered service animals.

#### 9. Payment and Cancellation
- Full payment or a valid credit/debit card is required at check-in for incidentals.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before arrival or no-shows will incur a charge of the first night’s rate.
- Modifications to reservations are subject to availability and rate differences.

#### 10. Lost and Found
Items left behind will be retained for 30 days. The hotel is not liable for loss or theft of personal belongings.

#### 11. Safety and Security
- Valuables should be stored in the in-room safe.
- The hotel is not responsible for items left unsecured.
- Please follow all safety instructions and emergency procedures posted in your room.

Management reserves the right to refuse service or request departure if policies are violated, without refund.
