### Terms and Conditions of Use – Regis Sky Hotel and Apartment

By making a reservation, checking in, or using any services at **Regis Sky Hotel and Apartment** (hereinafter referred to as "the Hotel", "we", "us", or "our"), you (the "Guest") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

#### 1. Reservations and Booking
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the Hotel.
- Rates quoted are in [Currency, e.g., NGN or USD] and are subject to applicable taxes, service charges, and fees unless otherwise stated.
- A valid credit/debit card or full prepayment may be required to guarantee your reservation.
- The Hotel reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations in cases of technical errors, fraudulent activity, or force majeure.

#### 2. Payment
- Full payment for the stay (including any incidentals) is due at check-in unless prepaid online.

#### 3. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

- Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival or no-shows: Charged the full amount of the first night or the entire reservation if non-refundable.
- Modifications are subject to availability and potential rate adjustments.

#### 4. Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in time: 1:00 PM
- Check-out time: 12:00 PM
- Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to additional charges and availability.
- Valid government-issued photo ID and the booking confirmation are required at check-in.

#### 5. Guest Responsibilities
- Guests must comply with all Hotel policies, including the **Smoking Policy** (no smoking indoors; permitted only on private balconies).
- Guests are responsible for the conduct of all persons in their party, including children and visitors.
- The Hotel reserves the right to refuse service or evict guests without refund for violation of policies, disruptive behaviour, or illegal activity.

#### 6. Liability and Damages
- Guests are liable for any damage, loss, or excessive soiling to the room, apartment, furnishings, or Hotel property.
- The Hotel is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to guests' personal belongings. Use of the in-room safe is recommended.

#### 7. Privacy and Data Protection
- Personal information provided during booking or stay is collected, used, and protected in accordance with our **Privacy Policy** and applicable data protection laws.

#### 8. Force Majeure
The Hotel shall not be liable for failure to perform its obligations if caused by events beyond its reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or technical failures).

#### 9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [City/State, Nigeria].
