### Hotel Policy – Regis Sky Hotel and Apartment

Dear Valued Guest,

Welcome to Regis Sky Hotel and Apartment. To ensure a comfortable, safe, and enjoyable stay for all our guests, we kindly ask you to familiarize yourself with the following hotel policies.

#### 1. Smoking Policy
Smoking (including cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vapes, and any other tobacco or nicotine products) is **strictly prohibited inside all guest rooms, apartments, and indoor common areas**.

Every room and apartment at Regis Sky is equipped with a **private balcony**.
We have designated these balconies as the only permitted smoking areas on the property.
Please use the balcony if you wish to smoke, and kindly dispose of cigarette butts responsibly in the provided ashtrays.
Failure to comply with this policy may result in a cleaning fee of up to #2,000 charged to your account.

#### 2. Check-in / Check-out
- Check-in time: 1:00 PM
- Check-out time: 12:00 PM
Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged subject to availability and additional charges.

#### 3. Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are observed from 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM. Please respect other guests by keeping noise to a minimum during these hours.

#### 4. Guests and Visitors
Only registered guests are permitted in the rooms/apartments. Visitors are welcome in the lobby and common areas but are not allowed in guest rooms without prior approval from the guest.

#### 5. Damage and Liability
Guests are responsible for any damage or loss to the room, apartment, furnishings, or hotel property during their stay. Charges will be applied accordingly.

#### 6. Housekeeping
Daily housekeeping service is provided. Please notify reception if you prefer not to be disturbed.

#### 7. Lost and Found
Items left behind will be kept for 30 days. The hotel is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

#### 8. Payment and Cancellation
Full payment is required at check-in. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to arrival or no-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

#### 9. Pets
Pets are not permitted on the premises (except registered service animals).

#### 10. Safety and Security
For your safety, please use the in-room safe for valuables. The hotel is not liable for items left unsecured.

We reserve the right to refuse service or ask any guest to leave if these policies are not respected.
